Mahatma Education Society's Pillai Group of Institutions conducted its first ever annual talent show titled "UBER RANG" on 1st February, 2012 at Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus, Panvel.

Uber Rang is an inter MES institution competition and a forum for the students to flaunt their talent and an opportunity to raise funds towards worthy causes.
This talent show is a fundraiser to nurture two causes that is very dear to the Pillai group of Institutions.
The talent show was the brainchild of the Deputy CEO of Mahatma Education Society, Mr. Franav Pillai, who felt that it is important to motivate students to get involved in community service and at the same time give them a forum to showcase their talent. UBER RANG was widely accepted by the students from all campuses got about 135 registrations. Two audition rounds were conducted and 21 performances were finally shortlisted for the main event.
